1. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be informed 10 days before the party via phone. MMB Entertainment Ltd does not accept cancellations by email, voice mail or text message. MMB Entertainment will make every effort to reschedule your booking to a mutually convenient date, however if a new date cannot be arranged, the deposit will be forfeit.


    When booking your party only a deposit is required, the remaining balance is seven days before the event and is required in cash, Credit or Debit, Bank Transfer or Paypal. Cheques are NOT accepted.


    MMB Entertainment DJ's & Entertainers plan to arrive approximately 20 minutes before the start of the party to set up. Sometimes events outside our control may delay our arrival e.g. traffic, weather etc. In this case the DJ or Entertainer will call to inform the party planner, and where possible the full programme will still be delivered, but refunds or part refunds will not be considered.


    It is the responsibility for the customer to provide the MMB DJ or Entertainer with a parking space close to the venue and where required, cover the cost of parking.


    It is the customer's responsibility to inform MMB Entertainment Ltd of any change of venue or times as soon as possible. MMB Entertainment cannot guarantee availability if the venue or times change due to scheduling, and the price may vary.


    Congestion charges are not covered in the booking and must be paid at the party.


    Failure To Pay The Final Balance seven day prior to the event the DJ or Entertainer will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded.


    MMB Entertainment will select a suitable DJ for the event but MMB Entertainment do not accept responsibility of the actions of the DJ or Entertainer performing at the event. If you feel we have not, please follow our complaints procedure.
